It's all in the mind

General psychology, sex therapy and clinical supervision

My values in therapy

I care deeply about the working relationship and rapport I co-create with my clients. I see you as the expert in your world. Strategies are amazing, but there is nothing better than being seen, heard and understood.

I have my heart in my work. Understanding, empathy and a positive connection are one of the most important and evidence based parts of my therapeutic approach.

I'm sex positive and welcome all identities - love is always love. My wish is to create a non-judgemental, safe space, where you can find your own way to healing.

About me

I am a registered psychologist and I completed an additional masters in sexual and reproduction health to become a sex therapist. I have trained as a board approved supervisor, and offer provisional psychologists supervision. I am currently available for therapy in Randwick, Sydney or for telehealth.

I am trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, sex positive and focused on your strengths. I started my career working and volunteering with First Nations young people in Redfern, on Gadigal country. I then moved into working predominantly with men struggling with gambling addiction. I was lucky to enough to be a wellbeing manager for a youth led organisation that ran workshops for adolescents. I worked with disadvantaged and marginalised adolescents in an alternative education setting for many years and I now supervise clinicians in this work as a lead psychologist.

I love working with a variety of cultures and identities.

I'm a long term meditator and believe in the power of meditation and mindfulness for changing our minds. Buddhist Psychology is one of my key interests, and I have spent the last 16 years devoted to a regular Vipassana meditation practice. This underpins my extensive University education.

My interest areas are sex therapy, relationships and communication, men's mental health, neurodivergence, addictions or compulsive behaviours, endometriosis and sexuality, and coaching clients who are doing 'ok' but want more joy and purpose in life.
